Mark your calendars: the VII Annual Convention and Member’s Meeting of the GSCO European Chapter will take place from May 21 to May 22, 2027
Set against the scenic backdrop of Northern Italy, this year’s gathering will be hosted at the Alpine Spa and Wellness Hotel Il Cavallino Experience in Rumo (Trento). The convention brings together members, friends, and conservationists for two full days dedicated to fellowship, milestone achievements, auctions, and community updates.

- 19:00 – 20:00 | Welcome Cocktail & Finger Food: Opening reception featuring toasts to celebrate GSCO milestones.
- 20:00 – 22:00 | Opening Dinner & Auctions: An evening of community dining accompanied by the first round of charity auctions.
Saturday, May 22, 2027
- 10:00 – 11:30 | Member’s Meeting & President’s Update: General assembly covering annual highlights, chapter developments, and future initiatives.
- 12:00 – 12:30 | Board of Directors Meeting.
- 13:00 – 14:00 | Light Lunch Break.

- V Edition GSCO-EC Trophy Awards
- I Edition GSCO-EC Best Shot Awards
- 20:00 – 24:00 | Gala Dinner & Grand Finale: Concluding banquet with live auctions, the President’s keynote speech, and final celebratory toasts.
